CDP Health has transitioned to MyChart, a secure web portal and mobile app that allows you to:
- Pay your bill
- Access your medical records
- View test results
- Manage appointments
- Request prescription refills
- Track your health (blood pressure, blood glucose, etc.)
- View after-visit summaries
- Receive health maintenance notifications
