At CDP Health, we continuously seek out ways to improve our services and measure the many aspects of patient satisfaction. The Press Ganey surveys give you the chance to give us constructive feedback. That feedback is important to us because it shows us how we can improve our services to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care possible. We appreciate the time you take to help us do better!
Who Receives the Survey?
The process for administering/taking our survey is as follows:
- Patients treated at CDP Health may be randomly invited to complete surveys.
- Surveys are offered by mail or email within a few days of the patient’s visit.
- Patients take a 20-question survey and provide comments regarding specific aspects of the care they received at our hospital.
We use the feedback received from these surveys to improve all aspects of our patient’s health care experience. Our goal is to provide each patient with an exceptional experience of care. These surveys inform our endeavors and enable us to provide a better patient experience across the board.
Do You Post All Comments?
We are committed to posting positive and negative comments from the surveys. We believe this is an important part of achieving our objective of transparency and accountability. However, we do not post comments that are libelous, slanderous, profane, or those that risk the privacy of our patients.
