Jen Hanson, CNP, provides Adult Primary Care for adults of all ages. Whether you need a yearly checkup, help with a long-term health condition, treatment for an illness, or guidance to stay healthy, Jen is here to help. She takes the time to listen, answer your questions, and create a care plan that fits your needs.
Jen believes the best healthcare starts with strong relationships. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them make informed choices about their health. Her goal is to help people prevent illness, manage ongoing health conditions, and live healthier lives.
Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University before completing her advanced training at Duke University School of Nursing, where she became an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. After caring for patients in Mankato, Minnesota, for more than 10 years, she returned to the area to join CDP Health. She values the close connections that come from caring for patients in a rural community.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. She loves coaching volleyball, cheering on her kids at sporting events, spending time on the water, and creating custom projects through her small laser engraving business.
