Mariah Eastman, PA-C, provides Family Medicine care for patients of all ages. Whether you need a yearly checkup, care for an illness, help with a long-term health condition, or answers to everyday health questions, Mariah is here to help. She wants every patient to feel heard, supported, and involved in their care.

Mariah’s healthcare journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). While caring for patients, she discovered her passion for helping others. That experience inspired her to become a Physician Assistant so she could care for even more people, especially in rural communities where access to healthcare is important.

Mariah believes the best care starts by listening. She takes the time to get to know each patient, understand their goals, and work together on a plan that fits their life. One of her favorite parts of Family Practice is celebrating each patient’s progress, whether it’s reaching a health goal, recovering from an illness, or simply feeling better.

Mariah earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Morris before completing her Physician Assistant education at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington.

Outside of work, Mariah enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also loves being outdoors, whether she’s hiking, paddleboarding, or making memories with her family.
