Patient Experience Surveys at Coteau Health Care System
You may receive a survey from us by phone, email, or mail through our survey partner, NRC Health.
Not every patient receives a survey, but if you do, we encourage you to participate. This is your opportunity to share what we did well and how we can improve. Your feedback truly guides us. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
What questions are asked?
Coteau Health Care System uses different surveys depending on whether you were seen in the hospital, a clinic, or another outpatient setting. These surveys ask about important aspects of care, such as communication with your doctor, how well we listened to your concerns, and other parts of your experience.
What do we do with survey responses?
We review survey feedback on a regular basis. Your input helps us recognize and celebrate the great work of our staff and identify opportunities to improve. Many of our quality improvement projects are driven by the feedback we receive.
Do you post all comments?
We are committed to sharing feedback whenever possible. However, we do not post comments that are libelous, profane, or that could compromise patient privacy.
How is patient information protected?
Your privacy is very important to us. Any part of a review that includes private health or identifying information will not be displayed.
