Tekakwitha Living Center (TLC) is recognized as the hometown choice for post-hospital nursing and comprehensive medical and rehabilitation services. We are focused on returning patients to their communities with the capabilities, knowledge and confidence to manage their own care.
At TLC, our services extend beyond traditional long term care. More patients are utilizing their Medicare skilled nursing benefits and staying in our private, short-term rehabilitation suites and then returning home. As hospitals discharge patients sooner, we’re able to provide post-hospital care tailored to each patient.

Our progressive treatment program is ideal for those recovering from surgery, illness or injury. We partner with Big Stone Therapies so that our patients receive the highest standard of therapy by familiar staff.
