Clinic Care Technician

This position performs basic patient care services and supports activities within ambulatory services. Clinic Care Technicians are multi-skilled to provide expanded services under the direct supervision of licensed clinical professionals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: height, weight, blood pressure, visual acuity, color vision screening, point of care testing and reception/clerical tasks. Prepare patient treatment areas for use; prepare and clean medical equipment; dispose of biomedical waste in accordance with standards and policy. Clean and maintain patient care areas or treatment rooms. Monitors stock levels of medical inventory and restocks or reorders as needed.
